Fee Schedule

Free Consultation:
The purpose of a free consultation is to get acquainted with the employer and the business. We want to understand your needs and concerns, to determine the best way to approach them through our seminars for maximum impact in the development, engagement, and retention of your employees.

If you decide to engage the services of Employerwise Seminars, the process will already be in motion, resulting in greater efficiency and an immediate cost savings to you, the employer.

Seminar Presentations:
Our seminars are typically 90 minutes in length and our fees are structured on a per session basis. Mileage and any other additional expenses will be discussed and approved by the employer in advance. As such, fees can be calculated so all parties will know the total invoice amount in advance.

1 90-minute session $200.00
2 or more 90-minute sessions $150.00 per session
Mileage @ .54.5 cents per mile (round trip)
Additional fees TBD and approved by the employer in advance

As stated above, the fee for a single 90-minute seminar is $200.00. If more than one session is required to accommodate all employees due to operational concerns, the cost will be $150.00 per session. Mileage and additional fees may apply regardless of the number of sessions required.

Consulting Services:
All fees for consulting services are billed on an hourly basis with separate rates for clients who have previously engaged employee seminar presentations (seminar clients) and those who engage in consulting services only (consulting only). Mileage and additional fees may apply to all consulting services.

Seminar clients $50.00 per hour
Consulting only $100.00 per hour
Mileage @ .54.5 cents per mile (round trip)
Additional fees TBD and approved by the employer in advance

Public Speaking:
All fees for public speaking are negotiated in advance.  Usual and customary fees paid by organizations will be considered.  A limited number of pro bono speaking engagements for volunteer, charitable, and civic organizations may be scheduled in advance.
